A special purpose device for securing the hands at a fixed distance from the wearers neck.
The collar is made of 5 layers totaling 1 1/2" in thickness - it locks with a bolt and a padlock.
The cuffs are the same ones found in the Rigid Cuff S. Though made of lightweight aluminum, the weight of this stock is still
impressive at 12 pounds.

This Hand-and-Foot Stock is a heavy device at xx pounds. It imposes an uncomfortable
posture upon the prisoner but nevertheless it allows some movement due to the rotating
inserts for hand and feet. These inserts can beeasily exchanged according to the wrist and
ankle sizes of the prisoner.
